CARBINE MECHANICS
Carbine Mechanics is a comprehensive modern patrol rifle training program and was created to help create competent & capable students behind a carbine. The course is designed as an accelerated course in order to optimize students time, learning & performance goals during class. Students will be introduced to our carbine mechanics, elements, micro sessions, and various methods to increase a student’s efficiency & performance. We will analyze massive amounts of data in order to drive pragmatic training with the end goal being to enhance operational efficiency, exceed industry standards, reduce attrition rates & liability. Most importantly students will walk away with the ability to self-diagnose their errors and have a clear path to becoming a craftsman with their carbine.
Individual Equipment List
- Modern & functioning carbine platform
- Quality sling
- Minimum of 3 quality magazines and necessary support gear
- Quality optic (not mandatory but highly recommended)
- 800 rounds carbine
- Modern & functioning handgun
- Holster specific to handgun and support gear to include belt and magazine pouches
- Minimum 3 magazines
- 150 rounds handgun
- Eye protection & ear protection
- Comfortable clothing used for strenuous activity
- Food and Beverages
- Note taking material
Course Prerequisites
- U.S. Citizen. & able to legally carry a firearm
- Active listener with an open mind to new experiences and training methodologies
- Must have working operational knowledge of the firearm you bring to class (i.e. know how to load/unload safely)
- Recommended to run course from your daily carry setup or duty belt setup
