INSTRUCTOR LAB
The Instructor Lab course is an immersive program that was designed to meet the needs of instructors looking to learn, improve & implement various methods of creating & instructing training programs. Instructors will learn the fundamentals of the adult learning & student process, developmental levels, lesson plan creation, implementing data to enforce training, program building, liability & admin concerns, business startup & company concerns, marketing techniques, creating content and range setup & safety and much more.
Instructor lab will help merge instructor development with instructor workshop courses with the end goal of aiding others to understand the various methods to create a foundational knowledge of instructing principles, material creation and company creation.
