Instructor LabThe Instructor Lab course is a three day immersive program that was designed to meet the needs of instructors looking to learn, improve & implement various methods of creating & instructing training programs. In order to aid in building valuable programs & valuable instructors for law enforcement departments or dedicated training entities. Instructors will learn the fundamentals of the adult learning & student process, developmental levels, lesson plan creation, implementing data to enforce training, program building, liability & admin concerns, business & company concerns, range setup & safety and much more. Instructor lab will help merge instructor developmental and instructor workshop courses with the end goal of aiding others to understand the various teaching methods to create a foundational knowledge of instructing principles, material creation and implementation.
